OUR COMMITMENT
B&F primarily supports and provides for Child Care Providers and small nonprofit organizations.
Its founder and CEO has cared for and served youth for over 25 years, including her work as director of the award-winning after-school program Stage Right. She holds a Master's Degree, and is a certified Bookkeeper, and QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
She is now committed to using her experience as a childcare provider, youth services director, and financial professional to offer hands-on business support to help each participant's business grow and thrive.
Our Providing for Providers program fees are based on each participant's budget. The program is designed to free child care providers from many administrative and EXCELS requirements. Each segment of the program is structured to ensure that providers have a solid, well-organized child care business that is tax-, loan-, grant-, and audit-ready.

Starting out is overwhelming enough. We work right alongside you to complete your licensing process, establish your daily operational forms, and launch your website and bookkeeping system - structured through a flexible plan built comfortably around your startup budget.
The Maryland EXCELS Advancement Program
Moving Beyond Level 1 to Unlock Greater Benefits, Funding, & Growth
Limited to a maximum of 2 Participants slots (waitlist available when at capacity)
Too many dedicated providers remain stuck at Level 1 for years—missing out on thousands in state achievement bonuses and higher subsidy reimbursements simply because of tedious portal requirements. We act as your administrative partner, handling the documentation and submission workload so your program can advance without taking time away from the children you love and care for.

We write and format your official parent agreements, staff policies, and Program Improvement Plans (PIPs) to meet state standards.
